การใช้ GridDraft 2D CAD ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้ หากไม่ยอมรับ กรุณาหยุดใช้งานBy using GridDraft 2D CAD you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service.

2. ลักษณะการให้บริการ2. The service

GridDraft 2D CAD เป็นเครื่องมือเขียนแบบ 2 มิติที่ทำงานในเบราว์เซอร์ ให้บริการโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ (as is) โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใด ๆGridDraft 2D CAD is a browser-based 2D drafting tool provided free of charge, "as is", without warranty of any kind.

3. ความรับผิดชอบของผู้ใช้3. Your responsibilities

สำรองไฟล์ของคุณเสมอ การบันทึกอัตโนมัติอาศัยพื้นที่เก็บของเบราว์เซอร์ซึ่งอาจถูกล้างได้ ควรกดบันทึกเป็นไฟล์เก็บไว้เองKeep your own backups. Autosave relies on browser storage, which can be cleared at any time. Save your work to a file.
ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของแบบก่อนนำไปใช้งานจริงทุกครั้งCheck every drawing for accuracy before relying on it.
ไม่ใช้บริการเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผิดกฎหมายDo not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

ข้อสำคัญด้านวิชาชีพ: GridDraft 2D CAD เป็นเพียงเครื่องมือช่วยเขียนแบบ ไม่ใช่การรับรองทางวิศวกรรมหรือสถาปัตยกรรม แบบที่ใช้ในการก่อสร้าง ขออนุญาต หรือยื่นราชการ ต้องได้รับการตรวจสอบและลงนามรับรองโดยผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพที่มีใบอนุญาตตามกฎหมายProfessional notice: GridDraft 2D CAD is a drafting aid, not an engineering or architectural certification. Any drawing used for construction, permitting or official submission must be reviewed and sealed by a professional licensed in your jurisdiction.

4. สิทธิ์ในผลงานของคุณ4. Your work

แบบและไฟล์ทั้งหมดที่คุณสร้างเป็นทรัพย์สินของคุณแต่เพียงผู้เดียว เราไม่อ้างสิทธิ์ใด ๆ ในผลงานของคุณ และไม่มีสำเนาอยู่กับเราEverything you draw belongs to you alone. We claim no rights over your work and hold no copies of it.

5. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด5. Limitation of liability

ผู้ให้บริการไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากการใช้หรือไม่สามารถใช้บริการได้ รวมถึงการสูญหายของข้อมูล ความคลาดเคลื่อนของแบบ หรือความเสียหายทางธุรกิจTo the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, including data loss, inaccurate drawings or business losses.

6. บริการของบุคคลที่สาม6. Third-party services

เมื่อคุณเชื่อมต่อ Google Drive การใช้งานส่วนนั้นอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของ Google ด้วยWhen you connect Google Drive, that part of your use is also governed by Google's own terms.

7. การเปลี่ยนแปลงและการยุติบริการ7. Changes and availability

เราอาจปรับปรุง หยุด หรือยุติบริการเมื่อใดก็ได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า จึงควรเก็บไฟล์สำคัญไว้ในเครื่องของคุณเสมอWe may change, suspend or discontinue the service at any time without notice, so always keep important files on your own device.

8. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ8. Governing law

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทยThese terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
